As you know, there is currently no way to determine whether the applications you have running on your PowerMacintosh are native or are emulated. Now, with Is Native?, you can use the Apple menu and the About this Macintosh Finder window to determine whether the application you are running is native or emulated, and whether the application has just PowerPC code, or is fat.
Is Native? will put an italic "N" on your apple in color mode, or a small "+" on your apple when in black & white mode. It also modifies the names of the processes in the About this Macintosh window to show whether the application is native, fat, or emulated. Is Native? will also put a scrolling legend and about in the About this Macintosh window so that users don't have to remember what the different font styles mean.
